Q. What is the guarantee on your merchandise? A. All our merchandise is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. That means that if the gift recipient does not like the gift they selected for any reason, we will replace it with another selection from the same catalog. We will even pay for the return pick up of the gift and the return shipping and the shipping of the new gift item. We want your gift recipient to be totally happy with the gift and we do not want your gift to cost them anything. Q. What happens if a gift arrives damaged? A. All your gift recipient has to do is call our toll free number and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. Once again we will have the gift picked up and we will pay all the shipping charges both ways. Our customer service people are trained to make sure that your gift recipient is satisfied even in this rare and unfortunate circumstance. Q. Can I get my company logo on the catalog cover? A. Yes, we are connected with a printing house that specializes in doing custom catalog covers. We can have the cover printed with any design you would like in as many colors as you would like. Just tell us what you would like to do and we will get a quote to you within a few business days. In the past we have found that it is not very cost effective to do custom catalog covers in quantities of less than 200. Q. I would like to use your "Dream Book" for our incentive program but we do not want to offer real expensive gift items. Can I have a "Dream Book" with just a few levels of gifts? A. Yes, you can have your "Dream Book" designed just the way you want it. Pick the gift levels you would like to use, plan the design for the cover and let us know. We will give you a quote on your special "Dream Book" in a few business days. Q. We do not have a graphic designer in our company and I am not very good at it. Can you help? A. We surely can! Our printer has a staff of graphic designers available for such a project. Just give us an idea of what you are looking for and we will turn them loose to design a cover just for your program. The cost of this service will be included in the custom cover quote. Q. How long does it take to get custom covers printed? A. The usual time frame is 6 weeks. We have to go through the process of making proofs and have them approved, then print and bind your covers to the catalog bodies, then ship. Q. How can I pay for my catalogs? A. Depending on the quantity of your order you can use your Visa or MasterCard and order the catalogs right from our web site. Or you can phone us with your order at our toll free number. We also accept purchase orders for large orders and invoice you when the order is delivered. We can work out monthly invoicing for ongoing programs. Q. I would like to keep some catalogs in my office to give out as the need arises. Do I have to pay for these up front? A. No, with a program of this type we will supply you with a number of catalogs that you can keep in your office. We will invoice you when we receive a redemption order card from your program. Q. I don't want to have the added expense of a custom cover but I would like to personalize my gift catalogs. Is there any way I can do this? A. Yes, a value added feature of our catalogs is a custom made insert sheet that is attached to the front of the catalog. These inserts come to you at no extra cost. Just tell us what you would like to say (up to 30 words) and we will make up the insert sheet and place them to your catalogs. Q. I would like to have my gift catalogs sent directly to my gift recipients. Will you do this for me? A. Yes, simply provide us with mailing instructions, name, address and phone number. Q. What actually do I get when I buy a Gifts-To-Give gift catalog? A. You get a full color catalog filled with brand name gift items, a custom printed envelope for the catalog and a custom printed insert sheet if you would like to add a personal message. From these gift items your gift recipient may select one gift that they would like. All shipping within the United States is included. If for some reason we have to honor our 100% satisfaction guarantee, the return shipping is included plus the reshipping of another gift choice. Included in the cost is the warehousing of all the gift items so that they are on hand to ship when we receive your recipients orders. We also pay the postage for the redemption card to be mailed. In addition, we have a toll free number for customer service to address any problems that my arise with you gift recipient. Q. I saw an item in your catalog that is just what I want for all our employees. Can I get 200 of the same item? A. Yes, just let us know what you would like and how many and when you need them. Q.
