Bring your company into the new Millennium with a web based Point program. Your participants will be able to keep track of their points on a custom build web site designed just for your company. Let them surf the web to your custom made web site were they can get an update on their point totals, go shopping in your extensive on line catalog filled with brand name merchandise. Then let them place an order for a gift using their points with a click of a mouse. They will also be able to track their gift selection to check on its shipping status. All this can be yours, with your custom web presents.

Browse Only Technology

We create a unique Website that can be accessed directly and/or linked through your Website or your Intranet. The Website is customized with a look and feel to match the program theme. The home page can have footer links to the program rules, your company Website, or additional links as needed.

Participants have access to view all of the program’s designated awards online; the catalog is built to list each plateau level or merchandise category with a link to a text description and picture of each product. After viewing the awards, the participants can order their selection(s) by completing a printed order form, or in some programs, they may have an internal (not hosted by GTG) link where they can make their selections online.

Browse and Order Technology

This is the same as the Browse Only site but has one additional feature; a session-only shopping cart. After viewing the awards, the participants can make their selection(s) online with their shipping information and clicks submit. This generates an email going to the appropriate administrator(s) to be verified and processed (this is typically the distributor or client).

Gift Book Redeem

We create a unique Website that can be accessed directly and/or linked through your Website or your Intranet. The Website is customized with a look and feel to match the program theme. The home page can have footer links to the program rules, your company Website, or additional links as needed.

We also have online Gift Booklets available that offer participants another means of viewing award choices. Recipients make their selection from the appropriate collection, which is determined by an access code that is entered. The unique redemption numbers can be provided in an electronic spreadsheet for emailing to the recipients.

Point Bank Interactive

The Website is customized with a look and feel to match the program theme. The home page will have a navigation bar with links to the program rules, awards catalog, and more. Each participant will have a unique ID number for accessing the Website, as well as for administrative banking purposes.

Your custom, branded website, with a unique web address (www.gifthdq.com/your companyname) will be created to serve as your incentive program site.

The website can be set up with the look and feel that you desire, using custom colors, fonts, and images. The standard website has three modifiable areas: the header (705 x 91 pixels); the Welcome Page; and the Footer Links. To access the site, participants must authenticate with both a username and password.

People/Participant Template – Each participant will be set up with a username and password. The username must be unique (ex. employee ID). The password has two initial options: it could be a general password provided to all participants and, upon the participant’s initial entry to the site, he/she would be forced to change the password. The second option is to provide a unique password per person in the template. In both cases the participant can, at any time, change his/her password.

Forgot Password – There are two components to the functionality. The first is log in assistance which is located on the login page. This is displayed as instructional text only as deemed appropriate by the program sponsor. The second is a "Forgot Password" feature. Upon clicking this link, the participant can make an inquiry regarding password and user login information. The system will generate an email to the participant using the email that is associated with their profile.

Navigation Bar – The Navigation Bar serves two functions. First, it lists all of the available navigation links for controlling the website. Additionally, a summary accounting is provided detailing the points available in the participant’s account.

My Profile/Profile Editor – Allows participant to change his/her password (20 characters – case sensitive). Participant’s name, email address and home address can also be managed by the participant. (This information will be used for redemption purposes. So, upon going through the checkout process, the shopping cart would be populated with the information from this page.) Note: If a participant makes a change in this screen, it has no impact on the original source of data provided. In other words, changes/modifications reside exclusively on this side.

View Point History – Shows a detailing of the points associated with the participant’s account balance including the transaction date, amount of points, and up to 30 characters of comments. This history can be viewed on screen or can be downloaded to an Excel document.

View Awards – Shows a detailing of the points in the shopping cart and wish list. Catalog viewing options include: by point level, by category and subcategory or key word search. The catalog comes populated with the desired levels at a standard _ cent per point. Items include both a thumbnail picture and description, as well as a larger image and expanded description. Items can be added into a shopping cart for immediate redemption or into a wish list for future redemption. The shopping cart contains a balance that includes the total amount of points in the cart minus the total available points and a projected balance. The system prohibits orders from being processed when there are not enough points.

Administrative Suite – This is available to designated administrators or those who have administrator rights. For both the initial and ongoing large uploads of participants, GTG will provide a template to be populated with your data. The file must be provided to GTG to be uploaded by our administrator. As with the initial enrollment, additional participant maintenance can be done directly through an administrative tool which allows a designated administrator to add new participants, edit or delete existing participants. At the time of program setup, roles can be defined allowing the administrator to assign each participant a role. This role designation details which navigation links they agree will be viewable/accessible to participants.

Nomination Bonus Points – This function allows authorized users to view the entire database of participants and to individually add points into that users account with up to a 30 character comment.

Upload Points File – Allows for the posting of points to any or all participants in the database through use of an Excel file template. This function is used for the ongoing point maintenance. Points can be added in as either a debit or credit to the account.

View Point History – (Under Administration View), shows points entered via point uploads and nomination tool. Works the same as the participant’s View Point History but details on screen or in a downloadable Excel format all users points.

View Approved Bonus – Details only those uploads made through the nomination tool. Again viewable on screen and downloaded in Excel format.

Manager Site Content – The ability to create/modify FAQ body text, Privacy Policy, and Contact Us, which are footer links to a popup feature excluding the Welcome page. Also, this tool allows the modification to image/text on the Welcome Page. The rule pages and links back to the corporate home page, available on the footer sections, can only be modified by a CAG administrator.

Site Look and Feel – The site colors, navigation bar color, and font colors can be modified to a corporate color scheme. Header images can be uploaded with this tool.

View Order History – Details the participants order, date, item, description, points and ship date.

Optional Threshold Functionality – The threshold functionality allows the administrator to set a threshold value (in points) on individual participants. This can be done in the initial participant upload, or on the fly, for individual account creation/maintenance. When the participants accumulated points exceed the threshold, they can then use all available points from then on. Hence, no points can be redeemed until the threshold is met. On the Navigation bar, a summary line displays either a yes or no as to the threshold being met or not. On the View Point History link, a detailed list is available, which shows the threshold established, earned to date, threshold met (Y/N), redeemed to date, and account balance.
